Hi, I'm Lorena

A coach who trains women to be strong — for life

Over 10 years coaching people of every level — from professional athletes to women taking their very first steps in the gym.

My story

Method, consistency, real results

For over 10 years I've helped all kinds of people reach their goals — elite athletes preparing for competition, and women walking into a gym for the very first time. That range taught me one thing: there are no shortcuts, only the right plan applied consistently.

Today I focus on coaching women to build genuine strength, confidence and lasting health — in person in the U.S. (Weston, FL, once I relocate) and online everywhere. My approach is simple: real strength work, honest guidance, and a plan that fits your actual life. No fads, no extremes — just method and results you can feel.
