These Terms govern your use of lorenamendez.com (the “Site”), the coaching services, and the “Entrena con Lorena Méndez” app, operated by Belseo LLC (“we”, “us”). Coaching services are delivered by the professional Lorena Méndez. By using the Site or our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Our services

We offer: (a) an app membership with workouts and nutrition recommendations; (b) personalized online coaching plans built from an assessment; and (c) (coming soon) in-person coaching in Weston, FL. Service descriptions and availability may change.

3. Health & medical disclaimer (important)

Our content, tools (calculators, quizzes) and coaching are for general health and fitness purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, or have any medical condition. You participate at your own risk. Calculator and quiz results are estimates, not clinical measurements.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

5. Memberships, plans & payments

• The app membership is offered on a subscription basis (currently $49/month). Personalized plans are priced individually after your assessment.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Belseo LLC (the merchant of record). By purchasing you authorize the applicable charges. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
• Cancellations/refunds: you may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Refund terms will be confirmed before payments go live.

6. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, use the services lawfully, and follow guidance sensibly within your own limits.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and in the app (text, images, programs, branding) belongs to Lorena Méndez and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.

8. Results disclaimer

Results vary by individual and depend on many factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites/services; we are not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
